Home Program (Kelsey’s Program)

The home program is a six week total fitness program which focuses on full body and core. 

This program includes 4 workouts per week, with detailed sets, reps and cues.

Video instruction is included to demonstrate each exercise in an easy to follow format.


Minimal equiptment is needed.

(Set of dumbbbells, long band and hip band)
